Sync Salesforce and Zendesk records seamlessly

,

Efficient and effective customer support processes improve customer satisfaction and adoption, which is  the catalyst for improved sales and retention numbers. Organizations—big and small—understand this, which is why they opt for robust CRM applications and smart customer support platforms to enable their customer support strategy. Salesforce and Zendesk are two examples of an enterprise CRM and a customer support tool, respectively, that are popular with organizations because of the features and flexibility they offer.

By integrating Salesforce and Zendesk, it becomes easier to fetch customer records from Salesforce to resolve Zendesk tickets and update Zendesk ticket details back into customer’s Salesforce account. But merely integrating them is not enough; it’s also imperative to sync all Salesforce and Zendesk records to provide accurate and timely support to your customer and resolve maximum leads.

Since both these services accumulate massive data on a daily basis, it’s not always possible to sync the records manually. The ideal solution is to use an iPaaS to automate the syncing process.

Sync Salesforce and Zendesk with Built.io Flow

Organizations in Zendesk are similar to accounts in Salesforce.

When a new organization is created in Zendesk, Built.io Flow automatically checks if it already exists as an account in Salesforce. If it doesn’t, Flow creates an account in Salesforce.

1. Sync Zendesk organizations and Salesforce accounts

Organizations in Zendesk are similar to accounts in Salesforce.

When a new organization is created in Zendesk, Built.io Flow automatically checks if it already exists as an account in Salesforce. If it doesn’t, Flow creates an account in Salesforce.

Similarly, with the next workflow, whenever a new account is created in Salesforce, Built.io Flow automatically checks if it already exists as an organization in Zendesk. If it doesn’t, Built.io Flow creates an associated organization in Zendesk.

2. Sync Zendesk users and Salesforce contacts

Users in Zendesk are similar to contacts in Salesforce.

When a new user is created in Zendesk, Built.io Flow checks if it already exists as a contact in Salesforce. If it doesn’t, Built.io Flow creates a contact in Salesforce.

3. Sync Zendesk tickets and Salesforce cases

Tickets in Zendesk are similar to cases in Salesforce.

So, when a new ticket is created in Zendesk, Built.io Flow checks if it exists as a case in Salesforce. If it doesn’t, Built.io Flow creates an associated case in Salesforce.
