In an article published in October 2018, Android Police stated that Gmail has 1.5 billion active users which boils down to ‘one active Gmail account for every five people on the planet.’
Gmail is hence one of those services that we could not skip while building our connectors. To make it easier for customers to integrate Gmail with other popular services, we built ready-to-use integrations that enterprises can put to use quickly.
1. When a new attachment is received in Gmail, upload it in FTP server
This workflow will fetch the list of files and folders in the FTP server whenever a new attachment is received in your Gmail account.
The Node.js action will check whether a folder exists in the FTP server account. If the folder exists, Built.io will upload the attachment to that folder in your FTP account.
If the folder does not exist, Built.io will create a new folder with the email ID of the sender of the email attachment and upload it in that folder.
