5 Integrations You Can Set Up in 2 Minutes or Less

Integration and automation do not always have to be complex or require integration expertise, just to eliminate some of your manual tasks. In fact, with the phenomenal growth of new-age technologies, setting up a variety of integrations has become easier than ever and requires very little time and cost. As most digitally mature organizations would attest, using technology to automate repetitive tasks allows employees to focus on moving the needle forward.

At Built.io Flow, we offer a number of pre-designed integration workflows to automate tasks and power your business processes. These customizable workflows are easy to execute and require minimal human intervention. Any individual or team can configure these workflows in a few seconds, without having to burn development cycles.

Here are some of our favorite integrations from our library to get you started:

1. Backup files sent on your collaboration tool, like Cisco Webex Teams

Having a backup of your files is important, especially, when these files contain crucial data about your business and customers.

This workflow automatically backs up any files sent to you on Cisco Webex Teams to your Dropbox account in a file with the sender’s name. If this is the first file you are receiving from someone, Flow will automatically create a folder with their name and then upload the file.

This reduces the complexity of downloading multiple files, searching for them among ‘n’ number of other documents in your system, and finally uploading them to your Dropbox account—saving you time and efforts.

2. Create contacts across your applications and post notifications when you get a new subscriber

Adding and tracking new customers constantly into your system can be a hassle. You may already have CRM tools embedded on your website or communication channel but, it’s not feasible to check each application everytime you want to see new subscribers or customers.

Flow’s MailChimp integration with ActiveCampaign and Slack lets you keep track of new subscribers with just one click. Whenever you get a  new subscriber, Flow adds them as a contact in ActiveCampaign and notifies you on Slack. The automation eliminates the need to save contacts manually and keeps you updated about new customers in real-time.

For a new MailChimp subscriber, create a contact in ActiveCampaign and post a message to Slack

3. Streamline your CRM, collaboration, and product management

The more automation, the easier the work. This is why we provide a triple integration workflow that connects Pipedrive with Excel Online, Trello, and Cisco Webex Teams.

Whenever a new deal is created, the deals data is stored in Excel Online sheet and a card is created in Trello. Also, the details of the deal are sent to Cisco Webex Teams space. This helps teams to accurately analyze data through extractable excel sheets and enables them to track the progress of all deals in one go.

4. Automate customer feedback using SMS

Acknowledging customers after support or implementation, a call has always been a key strategy for maintaining good relations and enhancing the customer experience. Just imagine, how easy your life would be if these acknowledgments were managed via automation.

This workflow automates your initial follow up after each call by connecting RingCentral and Salesforce. It sends an SMS via RingCentral to a Salesforce user after they have ended a call, asking for the feedback. This prevents post-call feedback backlogs and increases customer engagement opportunities.

5. Get a dropbox file uploaded automatically on FTP server

Uploading files on FTP server not only provides you a backup but also adds a security layer to your confidential data. FTP’s ASCII and binary mode of data transmission ensures your file is transferred to the client side in an encrypted format. With Built.io Flow’s Dropbox-FTP server integration, you just need to create the files in your Dropbox account. The workflow executing in the backend automatically syncs the files on FTP server leaving you to worry-free to back up the files.
